Argeloji Mühendislik Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Argeloji” or “Company”) attaches importance to the security of the data you share while using the BlueOperation mobile application ("Application") operated by the Company. In this context, this Privacy Statement, which is an integral part to the "User Agreement", has been set out in order to provide you with information about your personal data processed by Argeloji as well as the method and objectives for the processing of your personal data by Argeoloji.

INTRODUCTION

Argeloji offers a wide range of products containing different solutions used in workplaces monitoring the work flow, assets and personnel of the companies with the software it has developed in order to assist the work conducted by many businesses across the world and to contribute in the increase of the efficiency of such businesses. Your personal data can be processed due to being an Employee within the scope of services (“Services”) such as personnel tracking over the Application offered to your business by concluding a service contract between your employer company and Argeloji and the efficiency of such Application, and the services to provide the workplace security with the location based content and direction detection feature.

As will be explained in detail the further section of this Statement, your personal data will be used to report to your employer company, to develop services for users and to improve experiences.

The Services offered by Argeloji, the products and software developed are for business purposes. Your access to the Application will be provided by your employer company and will be subject to the principles of such company. You should forward your questions regarding privacy to your organization's manager, including your requests to exercise your data protection rights. Argeloji will not be responsible for the privacy and security practices of your organization that differ from those specified in this Statement.

SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

Argeloji may collect, store or transfer the personal data you have generated while using the Application or those shared by your side or the employer company during the use of the Application within the scope of this "Privacy Statement". Such personal data processing activities will be carried out in accordance with the national and international regulations, especially Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”).

This “Privacy Statement” does not cover the practices beyond the control of Argeoloji, information collected by third party websites and/or the platforms as well as the headings, campaigns and other advertisement or promotions on third party web sites. Our Company will not be responsible for the transactions made for the personal data collected, stored and used by third parties through their own websites and if you provide personal information and/or use/visit these websites, the privacy policy and terms of service on those websites wishall ll apply. Furthermore, the Company will be responsible for your personal data obtained and processed by Argeloji in its capacity as the service provider through through your employer company.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED BY OUR SIDE

Some of your personal data is processed by the Company within the scope of the Services provided by the Application.

Your personal data processed by our side in this context are as follows:

• * Identity Data: your name, surname, gender.

• * Communication Data: Your phone number, e-mail address, business address, business landline and extension number, social media accounts.

• * Resumé Data: Data related to your educational life, high school and/or university you graduated from, the company you work with and your position.

• * Transaction Security Data: IP address, username and password, MAC address identifying the mobile device if you access the application from a mobile device.

• * Location Data: Information which determines your location within the facility, location data obtained through the sensors that you carry or placed on the business site, MAC Address, IP Address data.

• * Your Preferences and Habits: The pages you view in the Application.

• * Work Processes: Data processed by your side within the scope of the task you have been appointed and responsible for or which you have accomplished.

OUR OBJECTIVE IN PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS

Your personal data may be processed and transferred only upon your express consent for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement and under the conditions to process personal data stated in Articles 5/1 and 6/2 of the LPPD.

Besides this, the data publicized by your side as per article 5/2 of the LPPD, the ones you directly share with the Company during the job application process and your educational data contained in your resumé and/or social media accounts, data on the seminars you attended, certificates you have received and your previous employer may be processed.

Argeloji may process your personal data in order to provide the economic benefits allowed by the legal order to our company and your employer company, especially for;

• * Creating a username and password for you,

• * Providing user support within the scope of our services,

• * Developing and personalizing your experiences,

• * Development of our products and services,

• * Ensuring the security of the application, detecting fraudulent or unauthorized use,

• * Performing operational assessment,

• * Eliminating errors related to the services

• * Sending updates and notifications and accessing your account,

• * Personnel tracking and efficiency analysis in line with the needs and interests of businesses to the extent permitted by the Company.

SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

Argeoloji will transfer your personal data in a limited manner to the person and/or group of persons authorized by the Company, our local and abroad service providers with a confidentiality liability and with whom we have a contractual relation and which provide service to our Company, to our suppliers, business partners in order to offer the mentioned Services within the scope of the processing activity stated under the Privacy Statement and for the performance of the Services. Personal data will be processed and shared anonymously for statistical purposes and for the development of software, products and services.

The company may share your personal data with outsourcing service providers, law firms, authorized institutions and organizations, research companies, our business partners, institutions and organizations we are have an organic link, local and abroad service providers from which we receive support in the field of storage, archiving, information technology (server, hosting, software, cloud computing, etc.) and third parties such as consultancy companies to improve the data owner's experience (including improvement and personalization), ensuring the safety of the same, detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, to make operational evaluations, to eliminate errors related to Application services and to accomplish any of the objectives under this Privacy Statement including those sending SMS, e-mail and newsletters. Your personal data obtained within the scope of this Statement will be shared with Radore Veri Merkezi Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Furthermore, the instant location, preference and habits specified in this "Privacy Statement" and contained in your personal data obtained by Argeloji can be shared by anonymizing your business processes data and only to obtain statistical data together with the information of other users. In this context, data will be processed for the purpose of doing some analysis on user trends as a group, performing statistical studies by anonymizing the information and classifying and no personal data is shared in any manner.

Argeoloji may process and share your personal data with authorized public and private institutions and organizations without your explicit consent, provided that you do not violate the general data processing principles of LPPD and take the necessary security measures for any of the following reasons:

2. (ii) in order to comply with administrative and judicial proceedings and to comply with the requests of administrative or judicial authorities;

3. (iii) In order to protect its activities;

4. (iv) In order to protect the rights, privacy, security or property of Argeoloji, you or third parties, to make reasonable measures or to limit the damages that may be encountered.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF LPPD

We would like to state that you have the rights listed below regarding your personal data being processed within the company:

1. (1)To learn whether your personal data has been processed or not,

2. (2)If your personal data is processed, to obtain information about the same,

3. (3)To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately in accordance with this purpose,

4. (4)To find out the identity of the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad, if any, and which data has been transferred,

5. (5)To request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate processed data,

6. (6)To request that the correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred

7. (7)To request that the processed personal data be deleted or destroyed in the case that the reasons for such processing are not present or if such personal data is not valid any more,

8. (8)To object to the occurrence of a result against your side by means of analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

9. (9)to claim the compensation of your loss In the case you incur losses due to illegal processing of your personal data.

Your requests will be concluded within thirty days at the latest or in the shortest time possible depending on the nature of the request. We can accept the requests directed to the Company or reject these by explaining the reason and notify this answer to the requesting party in written form or in electronic environment. If the request is accepted, we will be obliged to fulfill the request immediately as the Company. If your requests are rejected by the Company, if you are not satisfied with the answer responded by the Company, or if there is no response given, you can file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days as of the date the reply has been sent to your side and within 30 days as of the end of the 30-day period if no response has been given.If a cost arises from the fulfillment of your requests, only the fees under the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be requested. Depending on the nature of your request and your application method, additional verifications (such as sending a message to your registered phone, call, etc.) may be requested from your side by the Company to determine whether the application was made by you and thus to protect your rights.

As for the products provided by the Company, you should submit your privacy questions to your Business managers, including your rights regarding data security.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Argeloji will retain your personal data for the period of time stipulated by the processing objectives stated under this “Privacy Statement” if a longer retention period is not required or permitted, as per the applicable legislation. In cases where Argeloji has the capacity to act as the service provider of the Company, your personal data will be stored by our Company within the scope of the retention periods determined by the same.

In addition to this, in the case any dispute arises between the Data Owner, the Company will be able to store personal data, limited to the purpose of realizing the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute and for the duration of the prescription periods determined in accordance with the relevant legislation.

PROVISION OF DATA SECURITY

Argeloji undertakes to keep personal information strictly private and confidential, to deem this as the liability to keep confidential and to take all necessary measures to ensure and maintain confidentiality and to prevent the unauthorized access or unauthorized use of any or all part of the confidential information or disclosure of any part thereof and to prevent the existence of the same in the public domain and to exercise due diligence provided that the necessary and reasonable protections are enabled to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of personal data and that such data is not exposed to any loss, misappropriation, any use contrary to the law or modifications and the legal obligations pertaining to all or part of personal data.

In the case links are given to other applications over the Application, the Company will not bear any responsibility regarding the privacy policies and contents of such applications.
